Sales and profit down at fitted furniture business

Fitted kitchen and bed room furnishings enterprise Starplan has reported a slight decline in gross sales.

In keeping with its newest filed accounts for the 12 months ended 30 April 2024, complete gross sales fell 5.6% to £16.6m from £17.6m in 2023.

Pre-tax revenue resulted at £52,000, down from £354,000 recorded within the earlier 12 months.

Acknowledged inside its report, Starplan stated: “The corporate administrators are happy with the outcomes for the 12 months and the monetary place on the 12 months finish.
